Load the failed import CSV
Paste or upload the original file. The preflight checks headers, delimiter consistency, row widths, encoding, and parser errors.
Private HubSpot import preflight
Fix “Could not parse date” errors before importing. Prepare Date picker and Date and time picker columns, inspect CSV structure, and download a HubSpot-ready file without uploading your data.
The first row is treated as HubSpot property headers. Empty cells and unselected values stay unchanged.
Load a CSV to detect likely Date picker and Date and time picker columns.
Paste or upload CSV to run the HubSpot preflight.
Load a CSV to create a corrected preview. Your data stays on your device.
Corrected rows will appear here after you paste or upload CSV.
2026-12-311798727400000Date values stay calendar dates. Date/time values become Unix milliseconds in UTC, a format HubSpot explicitly accepts for CSV imports.
HubSpot reports “Could not parse date” when an imported value does not match the date format selected during import. This tool standardizes the columns you select while preserving email addresses, record IDs, company data, empty cells, row order, and every unselected value.
Paste or upload the original file. The preflight checks headers, delimiter consistency, row widths, encoding, and parser errors.
Assign Date picker or Date and time picker to each selected column and choose the real source format.
Inspect complete-job totals and flagged values, then download the normalized HubSpot-ready CSV.
| HubSpot property | Example input | Output | Behavior |
|---|---|---|---|
| Date picker | 12/31/2026 | 2026-12-31 | Calendar date preserved |
| Date and time picker | 12/31/2026 9:30 AM | 1798727400000 | America/New_York source resolved to UTC milliseconds |
| Date and time picker | 2027-01-15T14:30:00Z | 1800023400000 | Embedded UTC offset bypasses the source-zone selector |
01/02/2027 is preserved until you explicitly choose US or European order. DataZier never silently guesses.
Date picker values never shift because of timezone conversion. Only Date and time picker columns use the source timezone.
No HubSpot login or server upload is required. Parsing, conversion, preview, and CSV generation remain in browser memory.
The preflight checks CSV structure and selected date properties. It does not inspect your HubSpot portal, object mappings, unique identifiers, required properties, enumeration options, association labels, permissions, subscription limits, or custom validation rules. A clean report cannot guarantee a successful import; keep a backup and test a small batch first.
For current requirements, consult HubSpot’s official import file formatting guide and import error troubleshooting guide.
For a conservative, unambiguous result, this tool writes Date picker values as YYYY-MM-DD. Date and time picker values are written as Unix timestamps in milliseconds, which HubSpot accepts in CSV files.
The imported value did not match the date format selected during the HubSpot import. Explicitly select the source convention here, download the fixed CSV, and ensure the corresponding HubSpot columns map to date properties.
No. CSV parsing, validation, date conversion, and download generation happen locally in your browser. Only paid-access checks use DataZier’s access endpoints.
No. Property mappings, unique identifiers, required properties, associations, validation rules, and account limits can still affect an import.
Jobs with up to 50 selected non-empty date cells can be prepared and downloaded free. Larger jobs receive a 50-change preview and require DataZier Pro for the complete CSV.
