Frequently Asked Questions
Is this PDF table extractor free?
Yes, completely free! You can extract tables from up to 3 pages per PDF with no signup required. Use it as many times as you need.
Is my PDF data secure?
Absolutely. Your PDF is processed entirely in memory on our secure servers and immediately discarded after extraction. We never store your files or the extracted data.
What types of PDFs work best?
This tool works best with text-based PDFs containing tables, such as bank statements, invoices, financial reports, and data exports. Scanned or image-based PDFs (where the text is actually a picture) may not extract properly - those require OCR processing.
Why is there a 3-page limit?
To keep the tool fast and free for everyone, we limit processing to the first 3 pages. If you need to process longer documents or automate batch extraction, we can build a custom pipeline for you.
My PDF didn't extract correctly. What can I do?
Some PDFs use complex layouts or non-standard table formats. If your PDF didn't extract well, the document might be image-based (requiring OCR) or have unusual formatting. Contact us for help with tricky documents.
Need to Process PDFs at Scale?
We build custom data pipelines that automatically extract, transform, and deliver your PDF data wherever you need it. No manual work required.
